- All walks must be scheduled no later than 24 hours ahead of time. Weekend requests and cancellations must be made no later than Friday morning.
- A cancellation fee of $10 will be incurred if notice is not given within 24 hours. If your pet is not present when we arrive, you will be charged for the full amount.
- Off peak hours are before 11:00 am and after 5:30 pm.
- At your initial appointment we will ask that you provide two (2) sets of keys to Prospect Pups. If you are unable to do so, or simply do not have the time, a Prospect Pups employee will make the copies for you for a charge of $15.
- Our rates are non-negotiable and subject to NY State sales tax.
